Purchases are returnable within 30-days of delivery.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition including: packaging, manuals, accessories, security seals, etc. Apparel must be unworn and unlaundered new condition. If exchanging an item for one of a different size, please be sure to write the replacement size down on the return receipt to enable us to ship you the new size.
Shipping Damage: if your parcel is damaged upon receipt, please call Customer Service immediately so that we can ship a replacement. We'll handle any claim with the carrier. To Return an Item: For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer pays the costs related to return shipping unless we have made a mistake in the shipment or an item is defective. After receiving the return, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee.
